|E-book Purchase Agreement|
The e-book is provided AS IS. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, www.islamic-book.net disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement with respect to the e-book. The buyer assumes complete responsibility for selecting the e-book to achieve his/her intentions and for the use of and conclusions obtained from the e-book. Without limiting the foregoing provisions, www.islamic-book.net makes no warranty that the e-book will be error-free or that the e-book will meet the buyer's expectations or requirements. Upon purchasing an e-book, www.islamic-book.net will customize the e-book to the name and email address of the buyer and provide him/her with a secured copy in the format of PDF (with the buyer's name and email address embedded in its properties) at the email address provided by the buyer during purchase. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to make sure his/her email service provider grants him/her the ability to receive files of such size, and to make sure he/she has enough space in the email account to receive the e-book. No hardcopy will be delivered. While the electronic delivery process should conventionally conclude within hours, it might take few days in extreme cases. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or altered, and no refund will be granted. The buyer attests, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, that he/she is buying the e-book for his/her own use (i.e. the e-book is solely licensed to him/her) and that he/she will not sell, re-sell, distribute, or re-distribute the e-book in any manner.
If the file size is huge and you cannot receive it via email, please contact us and we will find alternative way.
With the purchase of an e-book, the buyer agrees unconditionally to this E-book Purchase Agreement.
